There is something healing about the realization that you’re not alone. Support groups allow us to witness people experiencing challenges that may be similar to ours, and be part of a community of like-minded individuals that want to improve their lives.
We’ve teamed up with Dr. Stacy Cohen from The Moment and Dr. Chayim Newman from the Tour Research Health Initiative to discuss support groups.
