This in-person workshop is designed for mental health and wellness providers, social workers and counselors at all levels of experience and licensure to gain a better working knowledge of how to clinically treat individuals within the music industry.
After attending this course, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the struggles members of the music industry face, and the negative impact on their mental health and wellbeing.
2. Participants will report a greater understanding of specialty treatments and resources to use with members of the music industry.
3. Participants will describe a greater understanding of how to properly explore, engage, and document efforts to treat, while assessing how to incorporate skills developed into their own practice.
