Harmony In Practice: A Clinical Training Workshop

After attending this course, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the struggles members of the music industry face, and the negative impact on their mental health and wellbeing.

2. Participants will report a greater understanding of specialty treatments and resources to use with members of the music industry.

3. Participants will describe a greater understanding of how to properly explore, engage, and document efforts to treat, while assessing how to incorporate skills developed into their own practice.

2:30pm – 3:30pm: Sound Medicine – Unveiling the Inner Encore: Integrating KAP into Therapy for Music Industry Professionals led by Mariah Jeremiah, MSW, LCSW

3:30pm–4:00pm: Mindfulness/Breathwork Practice

4:00pm-4:30pm: Closing remarks and course evaluations
