Eligibility Requirements

To complete the case management program, you:

(1) Must be an adult US resident (18+ years of age)

AND

(2) Must receive 50% or more income derived from music (venues, writing, touring, live event production) within the last two years.

OR

(3) Family members (parents, spouses, partners, siblings, and children) of qualifying individuals are also eligible for Backline’s services.
