“In my journey through long-COVID I struggled with anxiety and depression. I had this sense that I should always be informed, productive, and engaged with things happening here and everywhere. That’s just not how we humans are built. We can only be where we are. So, I decided again and again to stop holding on to so much worry. That’s the spirit of this song.”
