Backline and the Neal Casal Music Foundation are thrilled to announce the second annual Neal Casal Clinical Fellow! L’Oréal McCollum is a clinical social worker, sexuality educator, psychotherapist, and DJ, based in Philadelphia. L’Oréal will be working directly with Backline Clinical Director Ari Jacobson who shares, “L’Oréal brings an impressive blend of experience as a music industry professional, mental health provider, wellness practitioner, and educator. We are thrilled to have her as part of the team for the next year!” 

In alignment with her work as a healing artist, her greatest passion as a DJ resides in holding space for folks to learn, unite in joyful and spiritual communion, and achieve catharsis through sound and movement.
