“As a musical artist and clinician, this fellowship has been a deeply fulfilling opportunity to support fellow members of the music community while working with an incredible team of folks passionate about the industry. Collaborating on the Harmony in Practice clinical conference was a highlight, allowing me to connect with kindred clinicians from across the country. Through this fellowship, I’ve gained invaluable insights into the unique clinical needs of music professionals, which has shaped my dedication to focusing my work on this community. I’m grateful for the lessons and connections I’ve made with the Backline team, all of which I will continue to carry forward in my career.”

“Supporting Backline’s mission through the Neal Casal Clinical Fellowship this past year has been a unique and meaningful experience. The fellowship allowed me to use my clinical experience to help solve problems and support Backline’s growth. It provided space to offer my perspective and creativity to projects that align with my passions. And it stretched me to take on tasks I’ve never done before, building trust in my approach and strengthening my love of collaboration. A highlight has been working with a team of kind, creative, and dedicated folks who are really good at what they do!”
