“As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, I am honored to have the opportunity to partner with Backline, an organization that has been fully devoted to the mission of helping to raise awareness of and provide necessary mental health and wellness resources for those in the music industry, including artists, industry executives, and their families. There sadly still remains a stigma surrounding the topic of mental health, and it is vital that those of us in the music industry band together with Backline in continuing to support opening up further dialogue in support of our fellow artists and industry colleagues. My song “I Wanna Go First” is one that goes to the edges of emotions. In general, music has always been a place I can go to work through issues and express myself.”
