DEEP BREATHING
SLOWLY INHALE AND THEN EXHALE FOR 3-6 FULL SECONDS. FEEL THE AIR FILLING YOUR LUNGS AND NOTICE HOW THEY FEEL WHEN YOU RELEASE THE AIR.
