Harmony In Practice: A Clinical Workshop

Backline is proud to present Harmony In Practice Clinical Workshop for mental health providers from around the country working with music industry professionals and their families. Join us, August 8th and 9th at Infinity Park Event Center in Denver, CO.
Harmony in Practice provides mental health professionals with the specialized knowledge and tools needed to support music industry professionals facing unique challenges. Through expert-led discussions and interactive sessions, participants will examine the psychological and emotional impact of touring, performance pressure, and industry demands on mental health and well-being.

This conference is designed to enhance clinical competency, expand access to relevant resources, and ensure ethical, well-informed care for those navigating the high-pressure, unpredictable world of the music industry.

Who Should Attend?

This in-person workshop is designed for mental health and wellness providers, social workers and counselors at all levels of experience and licensure to gain a better working knowledge of how to clinically treat individuals within the music industry.

Learning Objectives

After attending this course, participants will be able to:

1. Identify and explain the mental health struggles commonly faced by music industry professionals and the factors contributing to their distress.

2. Assess and apply specialized treatment approaches and resources tailored to the needs of artists, crew members, and other industry professionals.

3. Develop and document effective clinical strategies for engaging and supporting clients while incorporating new skills into their professional practice.

Registration may be completed up until the start of the workshop. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before August 1st. No refunds will be issued after that date.

We are pleased to offer student tickets for our upcoming conference at a special half-price rate of $99. Please note that student tickets do not qualify for continuing education credits for social workers or counselors. 

To be eligible for a student ticket, proof of enrollment, such as a student ID or course schedule, must be presented during registration.

Course Completion and Certificates

Where identified, sessions in this conference are approved by Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program as part of the individually approved conference, Harmony in Practice, approval #2041, offered by Backline Care Inc. Regulatory boards are the final authority on conference sessions accepted for continuing education credit. ACE conference approval period: [8/8/25 - 8/9/25]. Social workers participating in this conference received 7.25 continuing education credits.

Harmony in Practice has been approved by NBCC for NBCC credit. Sessions approved for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Backline Care is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP- 4898.

To receive continuing education credit, participants must attend the full conference and complete all required individual course evaluations and the overall conference evaluation.

Certificates of completion will be issued via email within 7–10 business days following the event, once all evaluations have been submitted.
